Privacy Policy

MoreSignedDeals is a pricing application provided by White Wolf Territory LTD d/b/a MoreSignedDeals ("we", "us") to home-services companies ("customers") for use by their sales teams. This policy describes what information the application handles and what we do with it.

Information the application handles

• Account information. Names and email addresses of a customer's team members, provided by the customer's manager to create accounts.
• Job information. Quotes and pricing entered by a customer's team, including the name of the homeowner a quote is prepared for, and the prices discussed.
• Price books. The catalogs, rates, and commission settings a customer provides or configures.
• Technical information. Error reports a user chooses to send us, which may include the app version and a description of the problem. Error reports do not include homeowner names or prices.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate the application for the customer it belongs to: signing users in, showing managers the jobs their team sends, and producing the customer's own documents and exports. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a customer's data to market to their homeowners.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the application (Cloudflare, which hosts the application and operates its backend), each bound to use it only for that purpose, and where required by law.

Retention and deletion

A customer's data is retained while their subscription is active. On cancellation, the customer may export their jobs, price book, and logs at any time within 90 days after cancellation, after which the data is deleted.
